Wildlife has been my passion since the age of two. I'm currently piling it higher and deeper at Cornell University, working on my PhD on vocal communication in Acorn Woodpeckers. I plan to keep studying wild animals until I drop dead or can no longer remember my own name, and I really hope to combine animal behavior research with meaningful conservation work once I graduate. I've been vegan for six years because I don't think humans have the right to raise and kill other animals for food, medical research, or anything else. A belief in animal rights is a core part of who I am, and I would love to meet someone who shares this value.
