After being a strict vegetarian and mostly vegan since April of 2001, I decided that I would be more within the integrity of my values in regards to reducing needless suffering should I go vegan. Except for honey, I adhere to vegan dietary restrictions in what I buy. Unfortunately, this site doesn't have a veganish option, so hopefully you do not feel mislead. I do accept food that was prepared for me with love by friends whom I trust to at least understand what is vegetarian. I feel this policy makes me seem less extreme to others so that they might be more open to at least being vegetarian, which would greatly help reduce the needless suffering for countless animals as well. I am handy in the kitchen and bake all of my own bread. I recently have been making more pies as well. I rarely eat out and cook most of my food from scratch, except for pasta. Maybe someday I will play with a pasta press, but for now, I'm happy to buy a very small amount of processed food. I have lived in Hawaii for since 2005, but plan on moving to the Seattle area in late May of 2017 for several business opportunities in the cannabis industry. Funny thing is that for quite some time I very seldom use it. I also plan to continue my education at UW Seattle and possibly grad-school. I am a passionate and loyal person who is not afraid of commitment. I am honest, maybe a bit too honest, sensitive, in touch with my feelings and I am not afraid to appropriately express them. When I get out of bed each morning, I feel like it is the first day of summer. I am slowly chipping away at my bachelor's degree in chemistry and am close to achieving this goal. I also am a self-employed entrepreneur. Classical literature, especially from the Victorian and Edwardian periods, are my favorite genres, but I also appreciate Russian classics, French literature (Les Miserables was amazing), Hermann Hesse, fantasy, and some American authors like John Steinbeck, Tom Wolfe, Tim Robbins, Robert E. Howard, Mark Twain, Sylvia Plath, and more. I think I must be a romantic as I very much like romantic music, literature and movies. I really like older movies and Audrey Hepburn is one of my favorite actresses. I used to watch older movies with my grandma and enjoyed watching her get nostalgic about an era long gone. I enjoy many different kinds of music and play guitar. I am 420 friendly and appreciate various diversions from time to time, but I personally am not interested in being in the constant or even frequent fog of being high, which muddles my thoughts. I don't drink often either, but do appreciate good red wine or a well brewed beer very infrequently and usually only when offered.
